RCA Capital Region’s Victoria Metcalf Discusses the Opioid Crisis on ABC7’s Addicted in America

On Friday, June 25^th, 2021, Recovery Centers of America Capital Region’s Clinical Supervisor, Victoria Metcalf, joined ABC7’s series, An Addicted in America Special, to discuss issues surrounding the ongoing opioid crisis.

The conversation focused on the added difficulties of addiction during the pandemic, particularly in relation to isolation, but also how RCA has adapted to meet the challenge.

Metcalf goes on to describe the silver lining found in the continuing expansion of virtual programming available in the post-pandemic circumstances.
