RCA at Lighthouse CEO Dawn Belamarich in South Jersey Biz Women to Watch List

RCA at Lighthouse CEO Dawn Belamarich was featured in the February 2021 issue of South Jersey Biz as part of their 2021 Women to Watch list.

Belamarich’s extensive background in the South Jersey recovery community led her to RCA in 2017, where she began as clinical director, moving next to executive director and then advancing to CEO in July 2020.

Since assuming the role of CEO, Belamarich has overseen such innovations as WorkFlex,™ a new treatment enhancement service, which allows patients to balance their recovery with work and school responsibilities while at the inpatient rehab facility; and the introduction of a patient engagement specialist position, which offers additional support to patients struggling to remain in treatment.

In the Q&A section of the article, Belamarich notes that her proudest accomplishments have come from helping others in any way she can, which she also hopes will be the ground of her legacy.
