Sarah E. Manley

Director of Devon and Malvern Outpatient Services

Sarah E. Manley, LPC, MA, ATR-BC is a primary therapist in the outpatient department for eating disorders at Recovery Centers of America. Sarah completed her graduate studies in Creative Arts in Therapy at Drexel University and is a Board-Certified Art Therapist. Sarah is also working towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Sarah has experience treating individuals across the continuum of care. She has focused skills in treating individuals struggling with eating disorders, addiction, and general mental health concerns. She works to support these individuals in their journey of recovery through a patient- centered and trauma informed approach.

Sarah has presented at several conferences linking the efficacy of Art Therapy in treating addiction, building resiliency and mindfulness in women diagnosed with BPD, and as an auxiliary therapy in DBT skill building.

Vanessa Esgro

Utilization Review/Primary Therapist

Vanessa Esgro, LPC is a primary outpatient therapist at Recovery Centers of America Devon who specializes in substance use and mental health concerns. Vanessa graduated from Immaculata University in Malvern, PA where she received her master’s degree in psychology along with a certificate in addiction studies. Vanessa has extensive experience working with the co-occurring population in both nonprofit and for profit locations. Vanessa incorporates many treatment modalities specifically CBT and person-centered approaches.

Jillian Mozitis

Nutritionist

Jillian Mozitis, MSW, RD, LDN is registered dietitian that specializes in the recovery of eating disorders. Jillian has worked with individuals with eating disorders in the inpatient, partial, intensive outpatient and group settings. Jillian believes in a non-diet approach with a goal of eating intuitively, nourishing the body, and optimizing nutritional health. Jillian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at East Stroudsburg University. After finding how much of an impact nutrition has on wellness, she decided to complete her dietetic internship through La Salle University’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Jillian recently obtained her Master’s in Social Work to provide nutrition psychotherapy for individuals that struggle with their relationship with food and/or their body. While helping individuals with eating disorders is her primary focus, Jillian also enjoys helping people with general health and wellness concerns.

Dr. Caroline McWilliams

Dr. Caroline McWilliams

Medical Director

Dr. McWilliams is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine. She trained in Internal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. McWilliams is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and has been practicing since 2007. She has served as an attending physician for the Department of Public Health at a community health center in Philadelphia and the Medical Director at Inglis House, a nursing home in Philadelphia, PA. Her interest includes addiction medicine and treating patients with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. She acted as the lead Physician at Malvern institute, a drug and alcohol rehab facility in Malvern, PA. She has served as the Medical Director at Recovery Center of America in Devon, PA a comprehensive drug and alcohol addiction treatment facility, since August 2017.
