Automated Push Notifications enables you to automatically send a push notification to inform users about any newly published article or podcast from monitored RSS feeds.
RSS Monitoring is pre-installed, but if you cannot find it in Push section, you’ll have to install the extension first. To do so, go to Extensions → click the + button → search for RSS Monitoring in Extension marketplace → once you find it, click Install.
Now that you have installed RSS Monitor, it is time to enable it. Go to Push tab → click RSS Monitoring and enable monitoring. By enabling it, a new tab will open where you will be able to choose screens to monitor. Choose screens that you want to monitor, but have in mind that you’ll be able to select only screens that have RSS feeds.
And that’s it! You’ll be able to find sent out automated push notifications in the Notification centre in the app and in the builder.

- Refresh occurs every 30 minutes.
- Automated push notification opens the feed where the article, podcast, video or photo is published, not the specific item.
- You cannot create notification groups for automated push notifications – these will be sent out to every user.
