Description: A Shoutem paid subscriber is a unique, first-time publisher who has signed up with Shoutem.com and completed an app purchase for one of Shoutem’s fee-based packages using a valid payment method.
Referral Period: as long as the subscription is active
Number Of Occurrences: Unlimited
Commission:
- 20% referal fee from any plan – Android/Standard/Professional
- Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal or other eligible way

Shoutem, Shoutem app, Shoutem apps, Shoutem.com. You are prohibited from bidding on keywords containing Shoutem trademarked terms or confusingly similar terms, including but not limited to Shoutem, Shoutem.com, www. Shoutem.com, Shoutems, whether standing alone or as part of a longer keyword (e.g., Shoutem app, Shoutem mobile, Shoutem coupons).

Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Usage and Obligations
Logos and other visual assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Shoutem and will never advertise Shoutem products directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Shoutem.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Shoutem or their relationship with Shoutem in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Shoutem.
Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Affiliate program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or another form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Bundling other products with Shoutem, however, is acceptable.
- Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
