Treatment wherever you are
At RCA outpatient at Lighthouse, we conveniently offer Partial Care Services, Intensive outpatient Program (IOP), and General outpatient Program (GOP). Depending on the location, treatment may be available in-person, online via HIPAA compliant web and video conferencing, or a combination of both, and includes:
- Group counseling
- Individual counseling
- Family services
- Addiction seminars and education
- Support through RCA’s Alumni Association
- Wellness activities
Counseling sessions can be conducted either virtually or in-person (see more below). Topics vary and may include:
- Assessment of mental and physical health symptoms
- Establishing a daily routine to support and sustain recovery
- Identifying and treating co-occurring disorders and/or trauma
- Developing strategies to reduce relapse risk
- Learning how to manage cravings
- Building supportive relationships

As part of our patients’ ongoing recovery we invite patients, families and community members to participate in our various 12-step meetings held on our campus.

After-treatment support for your recovery – RCA and MAP are there for you
Recovery Centers of America at Lighthouse is proud to introduce its patients to MAP Care Solutions. RCA and MAP Care Solutions know that maintaining your recovery is a continuous process that requires support, maintenance and structure. MAP Care Solutions is a powerful tool that will support all that you’ve accomplished within RCA treatment and the RCA alumni organization.
MAP Care Solutions provides guidance and support to patients during their first 12 months upon leaving RCA at Lighthouse inpatient treatment or during and after outpatient treatment. MAP’s Peer Recovery Support Specialists are individuals who are nationally certified recovery support specialists and in recovery themselves. They have been where you are, can relate to your experience, and will work with you and your primary support(s) during your early recovery. The Specialists provide guidance and encouragement, reinforce new healthy behaviors and habits, and help you stay on track with your treatment plans and personal goals. This is done via scheduled support sessions each month that take place, over the phone or online, a 24/7 dedicated support line, and a phone and web-based support system for both you and your loved ones.
Weekly alumni meetings
Our treatment doesn’t stop when you leave our facility. Our regional alumni program helps sustain long-term recovery by providing an ongoing support network. One of the best ways you can sustain and support long-term recovery is to stay involved in Recovery Centers of America Alumni Association.
